Terms and Conditions — 1777sx Platform Rules for Pakistan Members

01 Introduction

Welcome to 1777sx. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of all services, games, features, and tools available on the 1777sx platform, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket live scores, casino games, slots, fishing games, Ludo, Andar Bahar, and all other products accessible through the website at 1777sx.ws and any associated mobile applications.

By creating an account on 1777sx, logging in to an existing account, or using any part of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. You also confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of 1777sx immediately.

02 Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on 1777sx, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. 1777sx does not permit accounts or play by persons under the age of 18 under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing 1777sx from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited to you personally by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from 1777sx or have a self-exclusion in force.
• You must not be currently listed on any self-exclusion registry that 1777sx is required to observe.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

1777sx reserves the right to verify eligibility at registration, at any point during account activity, or upon withdrawal request. Providing false information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

03 Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one account on 1777sx. Duplicate accounts — even if registered with different mobile numbers, email addresses, or payment details — are strictly prohibited. If 1777sx identifies that a member holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended and any balance or winnings held pending investigation.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on 1777sx. This includes your real name, valid Pakistani mobile number, and any other details requested during registration or verification. It is your responsibility to keep this information current — if your contact details change, update them in your account settings or contact support.

3.3 Account Security

Your 1777sx account password is your responsibility. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 1777sx will never ask you for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately at support@1777sx.ws. 1777sx cannot be held responsible for losses incurred due to account compromise caused by a member's failure to maintain security.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

1777sx may require identity verification (KYC) at registration or before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds. Accepted documents include CNIC, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Verification requests must be completed within the timeframe given or the account may be restricted until compliance is achieved.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1777sx accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment channels:

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment account belongs to a person other than the registered 1777sx account holder — are not accepted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

4.3 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that have previously been used for deposits on the same account or to accounts verified as belonging to the account holder. 1777sx reserves the right to conduct verification checks before approving any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests submitted before 11:00 PM PKT on any calendar day are typically processed the same day.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on 1777sx are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency conversion is applied. The balance shown in your account at all times reflects PKR. 1777sx does not charge any platform fees on withdrawals — the amount you request is the amount sent to your payment account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

1777sx offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the general terms below, in addition to any specific terms stated in the offer itself:

• Bonuses are awarded once per member, per household, and per payment method unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn as real money.
• Free spins, free bets, or entry credits granted by 1777sx may not be exchanged for cash directly and must be used within the validity period stated in the offer.
• 1777sx reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Members who have already claimed a bonus will not have it retroactively removed, but future offers remain subject to change.
• Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including creating multiple accounts, using VPNs to appear as a new user, coordinating with other players for matched betting, or exploiting promotion terms in a manner inconsistent with their intent — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
• Certain games on 1777sx contribute at different rates toward bonus wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, table games and live casino contribute at lower rates — the contribution breakdown is available in your bonus details section.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on 1777sx are subject to acceptance by the platform. 1777sx reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without explanation, particularly where irregularities are detected in betting patterns, where odds have been published in error, or where the integrity of a market is in question.

6.2 Bet Settlement

Sports and cricket bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for domestic Pakistan cricket, ICC for international fixtures, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute about match result or officiating, 1777sx will await the official governing body ruling before settling any affected markets.

6.3 Errors and Void Bets

In the event that a bet is accepted at manifestly incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error, or data feed malfunction, 1777sx reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Winnings from bets placed on clearly erroneous odds will not be paid. Where a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets on 1777sx are updated in real time. During periods of rapid game development — such as a wicket falling or a penalty being awarded — markets may be temporarily suspended. Any bets accepted during a suspension period that cannot be honoured at the suspended odds may be voided. 1777sx is not responsible for delays in market updates caused by data provider latency.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 1777sx. Engaging in any of them will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in poker, Ludo, Andar Bahar, or any other multiplayer game to unfairly benefit from shared knowledge or predetermined outcomes.
• Arbitrage and bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers in a systematic way inconsistent with recreational play, including using multiple accounts or coordinating with other users.
• Match fixing: Betting on any event in which you have inside knowledge of the outcome, or any event you have influenced or attempted to influence.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, AI tools, or any automated software to play games or place bets on 1777sx.
• Fraudulent chargebacks: Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank or payment provider after depositing funds on 1777sx, other than in cases of demonstrably unauthorised access to your payment account.
• Money laundering: Depositing funds on 1777sx for any purpose other than genuine gaming. 1777sx has AML monitoring in place and will report suspicious activity to appropriate authorities.
• Underage access: Allowing, enabling, or failing to prevent access by persons under 18 to your 1777sx account.
• Providing false identification: Submitting fraudulent or altered documents during KYC verification.

08 Responsible Gaming

1777sx is committed to promoting responsible gaming. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable leisure activity, and we recognise that for some individuals it can become problematic. The following tools are available to all 1777sx members free of charge at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings. Limit reductions take immediate effect; increases take 7 days to apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a session duration after which gameplay pauses and you are reminded how long you have been active.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or 90 days. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit, bet, or access promotional offers.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account to gambling. 1777sx will not market to or re-engage any member who has self-excluded. Reinstatement requests are subject to a mandatory review period of at least 6 months.

09 Privacy & Data

1777sx collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using 1777sx, you consent to the data practices described in that document. Key points include:

• Your personal data is collected for the purpose of account management, payment processing, KYC compliance, customer support, and platform security.
• 1777sx does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.
• Data is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and appropriate encryption at rest.
• You may request a copy of your data or request deletion of your account data by contacting support@1777sx.ws, subject to legal retention requirements.
• Transaction data may be retained for up to 7 years for financial compliance purposes, even after account closure.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 1777sx platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, images, and all other materials — is the property of 1777sx or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the 1777sx platform for personal, recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit any part of the 1777sx platform without prior written consent.

The 1777sx name, logo, and brand marks are registered trademarks. Use of these marks — in any form, for any purpose — without the written permission of 1777sx is strictly prohibited.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1777sx disclaims all liability for:

• Losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to gaming losses.
• Interruptions to service caused by maintenance, technical faults, third-party data provider failures, or events outside 1777sx's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain password security.
• Delays in withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment provider issues beyond 1777sx's control.

Nothing in these Terms limits 1777sx's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12 Account Termination

1777sx reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any associated policy.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Engaging in fraudulent, collusive, or abusive behaviour as described in Section 7.
• Initiating fraudulent payment disputes or chargebacks.
• Any activity that 1777sx reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform, its other members, or its financial systems.
• Legal requirement, regulatory direction, or court order.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support@1777sx.ws. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements or disputed amounts) will be returned to your registered payment method. Account closure does not extinguish any debt owed to 1777sx.

13 Changes to Terms

1777sx reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address or mobile number on file at least 7 days before the changes take effect, where reasonably practicable. Continued use of 1777sx after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those Terms.
