01 Who We Are and Why This Policy Exists
1777sx is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving registered members in Pakistan at 1777sx.ws. When you create an account, place a bet, make a deposit, or interact with any part of the 1777sx platform, we collect certain information about you. This Privacy Policy exists to tell you precisely what that information is, why we collect it, how we store and protect it, who else might see it under specific circumstances, and what rights you have over your own data at all times.
We've written this policy in plain, accessible English — the kind of language that's actually useful to a member in Lahore or Karachi who wants to understand what they're agreeing to, rather than a document designed to be so long nobody reads it. If anything here is unclear, our support team is available 24/7 at support@1777sx.ws to explain it.
This policy applies to all personal data collected through the 1777sx website and any associated mobile applications. It should be read alongside the 1777sx Terms and Conditions and our Responsible Gaming Policy.
02 What Personal Data 1777sx Collects
We collect different categories of personal data depending on how you interact with 1777sx. Here is a full breakdown:
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- Registration details: Your name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and email address when you create an account on 1777sx.
- Identity verification documents: A copy of your CNIC, passport, or other government-issued ID when we request KYC verification — typically before processing larger withdrawals.
- Payment information: Mobile wallet details (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay), bank account details for IBFT transfers, or card details for Visa/Mastercard payments. Note that 1777sx does not store full card numbers — these are handled by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processors.
- Support communications: Any messages, emails, or chat transcripts exchanged between you and the 1777sx support team.
- Voluntary information: Any additional information you choose to provide in your profile or during support interactions.
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
- Device and technical data: Your IP address, device type, operating system version, browser type, and screen resolution.

- Log data: Server logs recording login times, account actions, deposit and withdrawal events, and game activity.
- Location data: Approximate location inferred from your IP address. 1777sx does not use GPS or precise location tracking.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: As described in Section 9 of this policy.

03 How 1777sx Uses Your Personal Data
1777sx uses your personal data only for the purposes listed below. We do not use your data in ways you would not reasonably expect, and we never use it for purposes unrelated to the operation and improvement of the 1777sx platform.
1
Account Management
Creating and maintaining your 1777sx account, verifying your identity, managing your preferences and settings, and communicating essential account information with you.
2
Payment Processing
Processing your deposits and withdrawals via Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and card payments — securely and in Pakistani Rupees.
3
Platform Security & Fraud Prevention
Detecting and preventing fraudulent accounts, collusion, money laundering, underage access, and other activities that breach 1777sx's Terms and Conditions.
4
Responsible Gaming Monitoring
Identifying patterns that may indicate problematic gambling behaviour, so we can proactively offer responsible gaming support to members who may need it.
5
Customer Support
Responding to your queries, resolving disputes, and providing assistance — using your account history and communication records to help efficiently and accurately.
6
Platform Improvement & Personalisation
Using aggregated and anonymised usage data to improve the 1777sx experience — which games work well, where members encounter friction, and what features to build next.
7
Promotional Communications (with your consent)
Sending you information about bonuses, promotions, and new features on 1777sx — only when you have opted in to marketing communications. You can opt out at any time.
04 Legal Basis for Processing Your Data
1777sx processes your personal data on the following legal grounds:
- Contractual necessity: Processing your registration details, identity verification, and payment data is necessary to fulfil the account and gaming service contract between you and 1777sx.
- Legal obligation: Retaining transaction records, conducting KYC and AML checks, and cooperating with lawful regulatory requests are required by applicable financial compliance obligations.
- Legitimate interests: Security monitoring, fraud prevention, responsible gaming surveillance, and platform improvement are conducted on the basis of 1777sx's legitimate business interests — balanced against your rights and interests.
- Consent: Sending you marketing emails and using non-essential cookies is based on your explicit consent, which you can withdraw at any time without affecting any other aspect of your account.
No consent withdrawal penalty: If you withdraw consent to marketing or non-essential cookies, your 1777sx account will not be affected in any way. You can still deposit, play, and withdraw normally. Consent is separate from your service agreement.
05 Who 1777sx Shares Your Data With
1777sx does not sell your personal data to anyone — ever. We share it only when necessary and only with the categories of recipient listed below, each under strict data protection obligations:
- Payment processors: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, banking partners, and card processing providers — to process your deposits and withdrawals. These parties receive only the minimum data required to process your specific transaction.
- Identity verification providers: Third-party KYC vendors used to verify identity documents submitted during account verification. They operate under strict confidentiality agreements with 1777sx.
- Game providers: Where technically required, your account identifier may be passed to the relevant game provider (e.g., for live casino or slots) to manage the game session. No personally identifiable data beyond a session token is shared.
- Analytics providers: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be processed by analytics tools to help 1777sx understand platform performance. This data cannot be used to identify individual members.
- Legal and regulatory authorities: 1777sx will disclose personal data to law enforcement, financial regulators, or court orders where legally required to do so. We will notify you of such disclosures where legally permitted.
- Fraud prevention networks: In the event of confirmed fraudulent activity, relevant details may be shared with industry fraud prevention databases to protect all platform members.
Third-party platforms: The 1777sx Privacy Policy applies only to data processed by 1777sx itself. If you access third-party links from the platform, their own privacy policies apply and 1777sx has no control over those practices.
06 How 1777sx Keeps Your Data Secure
Data security is not optional at 1777sx — it's a core operational requirement. We implement multiple layers of protection to ensure your personal and financial data remains secure at all times:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption: All data transmitted between your device and 1777sx servers is encrypted using the same standard employed by major international banks. Your login credentials, payment details, and account activity cannot be intercepted in transit.
- Encrypted data storage: Sensitive data stored on 1777sx servers — including identity documents and payment details — is encrypted at rest. Encryption keys are managed separately from the data they protect.
- Access controls: Access to member personal data within 1777sx is strictly limited to staff members whose job function requires it. All internal access is logged and audited regularly.
- Payment tokenisation: Card numbers processed on 1777sx are immediately tokenised by our PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. The actual card number is never stored on 1777sx infrastructure.
- Two-factor authentication: 1777sx offers two-factor authentication (2FA) on accounts — we strongly recommend all members enable it. It provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.
- Regular security reviews: 1777sx conducts periodic penetration testing and security audits of its platform infrastructure to identify and remediate vulnerabilities proactively.
Your role in security: The most common cause of account compromise is weak passwords or sharing login credentials. Use a strong, unique password for your 1777sx account and never share it with anyone — including anyone claiming to be 1777sx support. We will never ask for your password.
07 How Long 1777sx Retains Your Data
1777sx does not retain your personal data indefinitely. The retention periods below are set by a combination of operational necessity, legal compliance, and standard industry practice:
| Data Type | Retention Period | Reason |
| Account registration data | Duration of account + 5 years | AML compliance requirement |
| Transaction records | 7 years from transaction date | Financial regulations |
| KYC / identity documents | 5 years from account closure | Regulatory retention requirement |
| Support communications | 3 years from last interaction | Dispute resolution purposes |
| Game activity logs | 2 years from account closure | Fair play monitoring, RNG audit |
| Marketing consent records | Until consent withdrawn + 1 year | Evidence of consent compliance |
| Server / access logs | 12 months from creation | Security incident investigation |
After the applicable retention period expires, your data is permanently deleted or anonymised so it can no longer be associated with you as an individual. Anonymised, aggregated data may be retained indefinitely for statistical and platform improvement purposes.
08 Your Rights Over Your Personal Data
As a 1777sx member and a data subject, you have the following rights over your personal data. All requests can be submitted to support@1777sx.ws and will be handled within 48 hours:
You have the right to request a copy of all personal data 1777sx holds about you. This is called a Subject Access Request (SAR). Upon verified request, 1777sx will provide a complete data export within 30 days, free of charge. This includes your registration details, transaction history, game activity, support communications, and any other data associated with your account.
If any personal data 1777sx holds about you is inaccurate or incomplete, you have the right to have it corrected. For most account information, you can update it directly in your account settings. For data that requires manual correction (such as name on identity documents), contact our support team with the correct information and any supporting documentation.
You can request deletion of your personal data from 1777sx systems. However, this right is not absolute — certain data must be retained to comply with financial regulations and AML obligations (see Section 7). Where deletion is possible, it will be carried out within 30 days. Where data cannot be deleted due to legal retention obligations, we will inform you of the specific reason and the date on which deletion will occur.
You have the right to object to 1777sx processing your data where that processing is based on legitimate interests (rather than contractual necessity or legal obligation). You also have an absolute right to object to your data being used for direct marketing purposes at any time — this right cannot be overridden by 1777sx's interests. To exercise this right, contact support@1777sx.ws or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing communication.
For data you have provided to 1777sx directly, and where processing is based on your consent or contractual necessity, you may request that we provide it in a structured, machine-readable format (such as CSV or JSON) so you can transfer it to another service. This right applies to your account registration data and transaction history.
09 Cookies and Tracking Technologies
1777sx uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the platform. A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by your browser when you visit a website. Here is how 1777sx uses them:
9.1 Types of Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Analytics Cookies
Marketing Cookies
- Essential cookies are necessary for the 1777sx platform to function. They handle session management, login state, security tokens, and game state preservation. These cannot be disabled without breaking core platform functionality.
- Analytics cookies help 1777sx understand how members use the platform — which pages are popular, where users encounter issues, and how session flows work. This data is aggregated and anonymised. These can be declined without affecting your use of 1777sx.
- Marketing cookies track whether you arrived at 1777sx via a promotional channel, so we can measure campaign effectiveness. These are only set with your explicit consent and can be declined or withdrawn at any time.
9.2 Managing Cookies
You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie settings panel on 1777sx, or through your browser's built-in privacy controls. Note that disabling essential cookies will impact the functionality of the platform. Most browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies — consult your browser's help documentation for specific instructions.
No cross-site tracking: 1777sx does not use cross-site tracking cookies that follow you around the internet beyond our own platform. Our cookies are limited to 1777sx.ws and function only within the platform environment.
10 Children and Under-18 Access
1777sx is strictly for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children or minors. If we become aware that a member is under 18, their account will be closed immediately and all associated data will be handled in accordance with our data deletion procedures.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has registered on 1777sx, please contact us immediately at support@1777sx.ws. We will investigate and take prompt action. We take our responsibilities around underage access extremely seriously.
18+ Platform: 1777sx uses age screening at registration and may request documentary proof of age at any time. All devices used by households with minors should have appropriate parental controls in place to prevent access to 1777sx or similar platforms.
11 International Data Transfers
Some of the third-party service providers used by 1777sx — particularly payment processors and cloud infrastructure providers — may process data in data centres located outside Pakistan. Where such transfers occur, 1777sx takes the following steps to ensure your data remains protected:
- Transfers are made only to countries or processors that provide equivalent or higher levels of data protection.
- All third-party processors are bound by data processing agreements that impose obligations equivalent to those 1777sx itself operates under.
- Where standard contractual clauses or other appropriate safeguards are required, 1777sx ensures these are in place before any international transfer occurs.
The core 1777sx platform infrastructure serving Pakistani members is hosted in data centres with strong security certifications. Your data is not transferred internationally for commercial sale or advertising purposes.
12 Changes to This Privacy Policy
1777sx may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data practices, legal requirements, or the services we offer. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via their registered email or mobile number at least 7 days before the updated policy takes effect, where reasonably practicable.
The date at the top of this document indicates when it was last updated. We encourage you to review this policy periodically to stay informed about how 1777sx protects your personal data.
